Our wedding photography packages include all consultations and album design and guarantees 4 to 5 hour´s coverage, from the initial preparations at the bride's home or hotel to the early stages of the reception (normally involving a ‘mock-up’ of the cake-cutting). During this time Chris and Helen will photograph an unlimited number of shots (usually several hundred), in a variety of styles, from which you may choose your favourites for mounting in a high quality bookbound Italian leather album.
We have chosen albums from the Mario Acerboni fine Italian hide leather ‘Classic’ and ‘Contemporary’ ranges, which give ample scope for creative presentation of your images, including traditionally mounted prints or specially designed digital montages, both in colour and in black & white. Once you have chosen your favourite images, we will advise on the most appropriate album for your wedding and we offer a complete design service to ensure your pictures are presented to best effect.
In many cases, 4 hours´ attendance is more than adequate, as Chris and Helen work swiftly and efficiently to ensure all the key aspects of your wedding day are recorded. However, if you would like pre-wedding portraits at a separate location earlier in the day, or fuller coverage of your reception, we would be happy to offer additional attendance at an hourly rate, subject to availability. You might also wish to retain Chris´s services beyond the initial stages of the reception, enabling guests at the evening celebration to be included in the photographs.
Chris and Helen are happy to travel anywhere in the UK, subject to availability. Return journeys in excess of 50 miles attract a mileage charge and overnight accommodation may be required for weddings over 100 miles away.
Within 2 to 3 weeks of your wedding, we will send you a CD-ROM slideshow, together with a booklet of contact sheets to enable you to select your prints. The proof copy of the slideshow is time-limited, but a permanent custom-designed version featuring your favourite images and personalised soundtrack is available to purchase at a later date.
Your family and friends will be able to view all the images from the day on our website gallery, with its online print ordering facility. We are happy to supply reprints unmounted or (at a small additional cost) in presentation folders. Enlargements are also available and we offer an attractive range of Parents´ Albums.
We accept only one wedding per day, to ensure we can provide the best possible service for our clients. During the peak summer months we quickly become booked up, but a deposit of £200 is all that is required to secure our services for the day, with the balance (for the basic album package) due 4 weeks prior to your wedding.
